   # of Lookback Days (Max 30)

# of Lookback Days determines the date range for Date of Service on the Summary form. The ending date defaults to current date. The start date is set to current date - # of lookback days.
 
 
   # of Rows in Grid (Max 30) 

# of Rows in Grid determines the rows that are displayed when the grid is in paginate mode.
